Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.) through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication, addressing concerns, and fostering trust to secure repeat business.
- Proposal Development: Create and submit compelling proposals that showcase the company’s expertise, addressing the specific needs of potential clients and driving project success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Guru.
- Strong knowledge of the freelancing industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
